Cask at the bootlegger. A pale golden coloured pour with a fading head. Aroma is sweet cereal, nutty, honey, . Flavour is composed of tangy grassy apple. Raw cereal grains. Palate is grainy, highish carbonation, dryish finish. A bit simple. Not bad.

Cask at Bootleggers. It pours clear very pale gold with a tiny white head. The aroma is fragrant, straw, white bread and floral notes. The taste is crisp, clean, bitter, floral, lemon peel, grass and straw with a dry finish. Light body and fine carbonation. Decent enough for style.

[ As Mighty Oak Good Cheer ].Clear dark black - red brown color with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, wood, toffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted bitter, dark roasted, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141206]

Cask at the Cambridge Blue, Cambridge on 14th September 2016. Surprisingly clear gold with virtually no head or lacing. Slightly citric aroma with touch of spice. Floral, citrus hops and aniseed in-mouth, with berry fruits into the finish. A tangy bitterness develops in the upper mouth. Zingy mouthfeel and medium body.
