[Cask at GBBF] Amber/brown. Light fruity malt aroma. Sweet and full bodied with raisins, corn flakes, coffee and caramel. Resiny finish with long bitterness.

Cask@Wenlock Arms, London. Dark brown, very small white head. Fruity, fresh hoppy nose. Fruity (plums) base mixed with hoppy bitterness. Both aspects carry till the aftertaste. Nice session ale.

Cask handpull at Wenlock. Chestnut colour with thin beige head. Nice malty/hop aroma. Malt aroma itself is very impressive. More malt in mouth then some hop/herb finish with a bit of ginger. Bit watery in mouth. Aroma is better than the rest

Cask handpull at Wenlock. Black beer with vague ruby edges, beige head. Lovely aroma. Lovely beer. Lots of dark roast malts. Tarry, very burnt finish. Even tobacco juiciness in the middle. Some toffee wandering around at the end

Very dark color. Nice aroma: roasted malt, toffee. Medium body, delicate roastiness, never aggressive, quite harmonious. Not extremely complex, but fully enjoyable.

Cask gravity Notts BF 05. The phantom of the hopera is here, inside my glass. About the only time AL Webber has made me smile. Chestnut colour with thin beige head. Strong citrus hop and red fruit aroma. Quite wet in mouthg. Would expect a bit more malt. Nice tangy,sherberty hop finish

Cask (gravity dispense), St Albans Beer Festival 2005. Very dark brown/ruby colour with beige head. Good stout with coffee/choc flavours throughout. Good body and nice lasting finish of espresson coffee. Very good stout.

Gravity cask at Maidstone BF. Mid brown good mix of malt and hop, nice hop aroma quite a good mouthfeel, nice dry hop finish. Good best bitter.

Cask at GBBF 2005 Golden brown bitter. Earthy goldings subtle hop aroma. I like this with caramel malt and hop flavours in the mouth with good balanced finish. Tasty session english bitter.

[Cask at GBBF 2004] An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel, while the flavor also is sweet caramel with a dry bitter end.
