Description
We use the finest floor malted grains, fresh hops and multiple strains of fresh brewers yeast and microbes. Ingredients are chosen simply for their contribution to the product rather than the effect on bottom line.

Our beer is then handled as carefully as possible with the minimum of processing to create the best beer possible. We constantly strive to improve. Looking to modern peers, ancestors and our own experimentation. Beers that evolve and change over time. Embracing new ingredients, technology and innovation.

Cask @ Sheffield Tap, Sheffield. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 171018

Cask @ Sheffield Tap, Sheffield. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are citrus fruits, flowers, malt, hops and has a nice fruity bitter finish.

Cask at GBBF '18, day 3, 09/08/18. Hazed golden orange with a well presented egg shell white cap. Nose is citric pith, melon, grass, light breads. Taste comprises orange pith, light pine, melon, lemon rind, airy malts, grassy. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced hop bitterness. Decent cask sessioner.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Hazy orange gold colour lasting white head. Citrus acidic pale ale. Yes decent enough some yeast. OK.

Cask at the GBBF 2018 day 3 09/08/2018. A hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is wheat. Waxy citrus xlemon. Straw. Flavour is composed of semi sweet wheat. Lemon straw,. Palate is semi sweet z grainy lowish carbonation,. Nice green citrus.

Cask at GBBF 2018, Olympia, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Sweet, malty, chocolate aroma. Tastes similar, sweet, malty, milk chocolate, some caramel, smooth and pleasant sweet stout.
