Description
We use the finest floor malted grains, fresh hops and multiple strains of fresh brewers yeast and microbes. Ingredients are chosen simply for their contribution to the product rather than the effect on bottom line.

Our beer is then handled as carefully as possible with the minimum of processing to create the best beer possible. We constantly strive to improve. Looking to modern peers, ancestors and our own experimentation. Beers that evolve and change over time. Embracing new ingredients, technology and innovation.

Can. A mild haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Very slightly thin pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Hops bring cooling pine and a mild hop spice grumble. Bright piney citrus with touches of stone fruits and tropical fruits, just a good piney hop fruity array without being punchy in any department. Light finish. Nice bright hop fruity affair that would make a good semi session IPA on a warm day.
