On tap at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours almost black with minimal beige head and good lacing. There’s roasted malts, coffee and tea leaves in the aroma. In the mouth it is basically sweet but with some bitter hints and a fairly watery texture. Flavours are coffee, earl grey tea, lactose, roasted malts, and hints of ginger and spice. Finish is somewhat dry. This is reasonable but not exactly exciting.

Can thanks to my buddy Daryl: Poured a hazy yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma is juicy hops, fruits, citrus, tropical. Taste gritty hops, fruity, citrus.

An IPA using a special one off Full Moon hop, harvested during a full moon eclipse. We've paired them with another hand picked lot of Riwaka from Eggers and brewed on the full moon here to create an amazingly pungent IPA which will be realised just before Halloween. A very special collaboration with Eggers Hops.

Can bought at The Hive, Crowthorne. Hazy pale gold. Thick foamy lasting white head. Aroma had citrus and herbs with vinous hints. Underlying malts. Flavourwise it's sour - citrus, gooseberry, vinous. Light fruit. Low key underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Enjoyable if workmanlike.

Near black with a frothy tan head and roasted malt and a hint of treacle on the nose. Smooth, just a touch creamy, roasted malt, milk chocolate and dry coffee bitterness to finish things off.

Hazy / cloudy yellow gold with a bubbly white head and a slightly dank fruity aroma. Fresh and fruity with hop bitterness, a touch of tartness and a dry slightly bitter finish.
