We use the finest floor malted grains, fresh hops and multiple strains of fresh brewers yeast and microbes. Ingredients are chosen simply for their contribution to the product rather than the effect on bottom line.

Our beer is then handled as carefully as possible with the minimum of processing to create the best beer possible. We constantly strive to improve. Looking to modern peers, ancestors and our own experimentation. Beers that evolve and change over time. Embracing new ingredients, technology and innovation.

Hazy / cloudy yellow gold with a bubbly white head and a slightly dank fruity aroma. Fresh and fruity with hop bitterness, a touch of tartness and a dry slightly bitter finish.

Very stylish indeed.

200ml draught at Balthazar. Cloudy golden-orange coloured body, spotty lacing from a covering white head. Slightly perfumed fruity smell, hints of peaches. Tart and sweet taste of apricot and peaches. Prolonged, lightly perfumed ending. Thick on the swallow. Fair enough. (Tromsø, 24.09.2025).

200ml draught at Balthazar. A clear mahogany coloured body, dotted spots on the glass from a declining pearl white head. Malt-fruity aromas, semi-dry. Quite fine blended taste with moments of mild caramel malts and ripe orange fruits followed by a bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. Decent best bitter version. (Tromsø, 24.09.2025).

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#81. Lifecraft supplied beer again. Sweet tropical fruits and pine in both aroma and taste, and a sticky-sweet texture. Doesn't feel its strength with a bit of mango in aftertaste.
