Can. A light haze on this gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Soft airy creamy sweet malts, just not overcooked! Lovely Nelson! Winey grape, gooseberry with its accompanying mild tartness. Ripe white wine. Light and nibbly hop spice on the back end accompanies more ripe grapey white wine. Wow! Proper NS! Has that presence (always did when it first launched) to punch through any multi-hop profile, much like Sorachi Ace. Light crisp finish. Exceptional Nelson Sauvin brew, best I have tasted in many years.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, smooth, decent fine carbonation emerging late on. Soft light pale malts with a commensurate creamy sweetness. Light pine overlays the rather splendid hop quartet. Juicy stone fruits and tropical fruits, undertone of reasonably bright citrus. Savoury Riwaka exotics, mildly skunky lychee and a touch of lime. Light finish brings a mild hop spice tingle. Ticks all the boxes. Super.

Half cask at Crown & Kettle. Near black pour, filmy beige head, ring. Roasty aroma up front, big hit of bitterness. Taste is burnt toast, roasty, coffee with a tough of cola sweetness on the back end . Smooth but was expecting something richer from cask.
