Description
We use the finest floor malted grains, fresh hops and multiple strains of fresh brewers yeast and microbes. Ingredients are chosen simply for their contribution to the product rather than the effect on bottom line.

Our beer is then handled as carefully as possible with the minimum of processing to create the best beer possible. We constantly strive to improve. Looking to modern peers, ancestors and our own experimentation. Beers that evolve and change over time. Embracing new ingredients, technology and innovation.

On tap at Ebenezer’s, Crewe. Pours almost black with a small foamy beige head and excellent lacing. There’s roasted malts and lactose in the aroma. In the mouth it is slightly sweet with roasted malts, oats, lactose chocolate and vanilla. Later on some hints of ginger come through as well. A little bitterness in the finish. This is quite nice – plenty of character.

Keg at Scott's Tap & Keller, Southsea. Aroma is slightly tart with a pulpy hit. Opaque ruby purple (some sort of colour anyway). Flavour has blueberries over a herbal yeastie base. Light-medium bodied. Average-fizzy carbonation. Long finish. Pleasent but unexciting.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this slightly paleish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Ephemeral malts, a light creamy sweetness. Nectaron hops showing the full gamut in this brew. A nice light savoury skunk. Crisp pine. The stone fruits are light but evident, slightly floral and soft peach and a touch of Nectarine that gets mildly sherbetty on the very end. Finishes airy with everything coming together. Nice job, light but properly hoppy.
