Description
We use the finest floor malted grains, fresh hops and multiple strains of fresh brewers yeast and microbes. Ingredients are chosen simply for their contribution to the product rather than the effect on bottom line.

Our beer is then handled as carefully as possible with the minimum of processing to create the best beer possible. We constantly strive to improve. Looking to modern peers, ancestors and our own experimentation. Beers that evolve and change over time. Embracing new ingredients, technology and innovation.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - cloudy pale yellow with a big foamy white head.
Nose - peach, melon and orange.
Taste - dried apricot and bitter orange peel.
Palate - medium bodied, tangy middle and finish.
Overall - the taste is a lot more punchy than the nose. Good!

Keg at BrewDoge Clerkenwell, 08/08/2025.
Hazed golden orange topped with a good sized white head.
Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, pineapple.
Taste comprises melon, grapefruit, light pine nibble, bitter tropicana.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Okay DIPA if running a touch sweet for my liking.
