Bottle. Gush. Pale straw with no head. Bone dry cider, dry apple and some lemon fruitiness, watery dry and woody, some treebark and moss (korstmos) funk. Moderate sweet, light tart, very very dry. Medium body, soft sandy feel. Good stuff but the aroma and flavor is a bit gravely and watery thin.

Draught @ Taproom Malmö, Bergsgatan 33, Malmö, Sweden 21422. [ As Lemasson Cidre Brut Organic ].Clear medium orange color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apples, tart apples, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet apples, tart apples, dry, overriped apples, funky notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20160123]

Tap@Taproom Malmö , Malmö - light fuzzy golden yellow pour with small white bubbly head. Aroma and taste holds a pleasing balance of sweet and dry crispy apples, apple skin, some bramley apple sourness coming into play as well, lovely stuff.
