Bautzener Original Pils, vom Faß auf der 2. Luckenwalder Biermeile. - Hell goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase duftig-leichte, fein süße zitronige Hopfung. - Antrunk schlank und von feiner hellmalziger Süße. Schlanke zitronige Hopfung, rund und wenig herb. Durchschnittlich rezent. Im Abgang feine grasige Hopfenherbe. Fein bitterer Abgang. - Leichter doch nicht ohne Geschmack gehopftes Pils, rund und süffig, gar nicht übel. (28.8.2021.)

Bautzener Kupfer, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Schönes Rotgold, klar; kaum Schaum. - Nase sehr süß und doch etwas leer toastig-dunkelmalzig mit matschig-überreifer Frucht (Pfirsich), Nuß, Anflügen von Holz und wenig Herbe. - Antrunk satt dunkel- und toastmalzig mit tiefer Malzsüße. Dezente dunkle Frucht (Kirsche), matte Zitrusfrucht (Orangenschale), Brotkruste. Sparsame herbale Hopfung. Mild rezent, fast schal, vollmundig. Im Abgang rund malzbitter und nur mild hopfenherb. - Solides Bier in der Art eines Wiener Lagers, füllig und tief malzig aber sparsam gehopft, dazu ein wenig schal. (8.9.2020.)

500ml bottle [big thanks to Gunnar for the new brewery tick!]. Clear, dar, copper colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty aroma, hints of malt lozenge, a grainy touch, minimally doughy yeasty overtones. Taste is minimally dry toasty and minimally sweet caramel malty, hints of malt lozenge, a fruity touch of cherry, cautious unspecific nutty overtones; watery texture, super-soft, silky, smooth palate. Not bad.

Solid crystal clear dark amber malt forward beer, bready and maillard-like, nicely yeast driven flavours that lend to the style as well. D&S Dresden

Dunkel malziger Antrunk. Weich röstig, geringe Bitterkeit, die Süße steigt an. Weich würzig, süffig. Gut trinkbar, deutliche Ähnlichkeiten zu Schwarzbier sind vorhanden. 10/9/9/9//9
