Taste is sweet rich malty, doughy bread, yeasty, dried fruity, raisins, brown sugar, with woody spicy bitterness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodies, soft carbonation, drying tangy malty spicy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can from Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant. Hazy amber body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of plum, raisin and toffee. Flavour of strawberry and prune. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Rich and delicious.

Can at Hereford Beer House Saturday 18th October 2025 in the company of Baz and Isobel. Pours murky brown/black with a light cappuccino coloured head, wonderful bitterness, nice maltiness but pine and citrus, bittersweet lingers and there's a lengthy finish that leans towards dry.
