Black color with a fine beige head. Good lacing. Nice aroma with a fine intensity. Medium to full body with a bit to rich carbonation. Unfortunately a bit fizzy texture.. Mellow sweetness and decent bitterness. Chocolate, some roast, coffee and fruity. Decent complexity.

Ok aroma. Looks ok. Flavor…..oh no……
Dark brown color with a fine creamy beige top. Good lacing. A bit mild aroma, but no unpleasant notes. Medium + body and a soft carbonation. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Not much acidity. What a weird, unbalanced and unpleasant flavor. Ugh. Chocolate, yeast cacao and herbal tea in a horrible mix. Maybe ok next year?

Decent ok ipa. Just a bit to malty for my likings.
Hazed golden color with a fine white head. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft carbonation. A bit sweet and an ok bitterness. Malty, citric, mild pine and fruity. Easy drinkable.

[ As Wapping Indian Summer ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, flowers, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, hoppy, fruity hops, pale malt, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150812]

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Hazy gold beer, a few white bubbles. Palate is light and dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, some sweetness. Dry floralness. Some lemony zing turning to bitter lemon peel. Dry finish. All right.
