Description
Om
New Bristol Brewery is a small, but daring, brewery located slap bang in the middle of Bristol. Owned and operated by us, husband and wife team, Noel and Maria.
New Bristol Brewery is our attempt to bring people together over great beer. We believe that
We have a Love of real ale and Love what we do. We donโt see ourselves as maverick brewers, but we do like to tease the boundaries of traditional brewing.

Dan's Stag. Hotel tasting Pt Deux! Hazy gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is airy and pretty dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, light and moderate creamy sweetness. Very light and dry floralness. Modest ripe citrus. Light dry finish. Very modest spice. Dry finish. Fairly clean but quite dry and flirting with bland.

Bottle from the brewer's own stall at the Bristol Christmas market. Golden-amber with a white head. Grapefruit and lemon with some pine set against sweet malts with a light but crisp bitterness in the finish. A standard modern IPA that has been executed very well. Decent stuff for a house contract brew.
