Description
Om New Bristol Brewery is a small, but daring, brewery located slap bang in the middle of Bristol. Owned and operated by us, husband and wife team, Noel and Maria. New Bristol Brewery is our attempt to bring people together over great beer. We believe that We have a Love of real ale and Love what we do. We don’t see ourselves as maverick brewers, but we do like to tease the boundaries of traditional brewing.

Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln, Bristol 22 April 2017. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Cardamon spice, green herbs, leafy hops, cereal malts and a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask-conditioned at the Beer Emporium, Bristol 18/4/2017. Amber, with a moderately sized, off-white, head. Some red berry fruit, chewy, slightly bready malts, touch of citrus hop and moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 10/3/2017. Near black in colour, with a thin, beige, head. Milk chocolate, coffee beans, toasty malts and a touch of caramel, before a rich finish with a touch of boozy warmth. Enjoyable.

Cask-conditioned at No.1 Harbourside, Bristol 18/12/2016. Golden in colour and slightly hazy, with a decent, off-white head. Grassy hops and plenty of grapefruit and tropical fruits, with some crisp, balancing, malts leading to a pleasantly dry finish. Enjoyable.

Cask-conditioned at the White Rabbit, Bristol 1/7/2016. Golden in colour, and slightly hazy, with a frothy, off-white, head. Aroma of tart lemon, leafy hops and cereal malts. Flavour had more fruit, sweetish malts leading to a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2016. Hazy russet colour lasting collar beige bubbles. Malty sweetish. Some milk chocolate. Decent condition some red jam flavour. I thought decent i kiked the jammy fruit.
