Tap at the brewpub. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is a bit buttery, grassy hops, sweet malts. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. This is the only of the 6 beers we tasted that wasn't in great condition, but it's still alright enough.

Tap at the brewpub. Unclear amber-orange color with white head. Aroma is indeed gently smoky, meaty, caramel. Taste is mild smoke, toffee, umami. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Well-made, delicate smoke, I like!

Tap. Clear deep golden-copper color with white head. Aroma is belgian esters, not so much hoppiness, but nicely balanced. Taste is esters, caramel, bit of hops. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Solid.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is big green hops, flowery, crackery malts. Taste is super fresh, delicate, not overhopped. Spritzy carbonation, medium sweet. Excellent stuff, at least in the condition I'm having here, just a tad sweet.

Tap at the brewpub. Pretty clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is sweetish malts, flowery hops, dash of fruity hops too. Taste is sweetish malts, but balanced by a bunch of fruity hops without becoming bitter. Low body, medium carbonation. Clean, not bad!

Tap at the brewpub. Opaque orange color with white head. Aroma is good passion fruit, not too much. Taste is passion fruit, not overwhelming, nicely blended in, wheat flavours too, not too tart. Medium mineraly mouthfeel. Nice one!

lattina 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma beige persistente, colore ambrato velato, al naso malto tostato zucchero di canna frutta matura leggere note agrumate, in bocca malto tostato frutta matura leggero agrumi, corpo rotondo, lieve astringente, carbonazione piatta, dolce con amaro accentuato. Una Bock un po' anomala ma non male. c. Cantina della birra 22.02.25

Lattina. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, erbaceo, agrumi, frutta secca e pepe bianco.

Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo tostato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma non molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, pane tostato ed erbaceo.

Tap at Beer&Food Attraction, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal and delicate smoked. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderately bitter, with some cereal sweetness behind. Final has some smoked, delicate.
