Tap at hostaria. Pale golden hazy color smooth White head. Flavor is super floral with lavender and lily. Moderately bready, rather grainy, lots of doughy yeast hints of coriander and orange. tastes as strangely flat and papery, a bit citrusy. Strong carbonation dusty texture dry finish on floral notes.

On tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Gialla torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note etiliche, esteri, frutta matura, leggera banana. In bocca è etilica, abboccata all'attacco con chiusura amara a bilanciare. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Abbastanza sgraziata.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours reddish brown, beautiful and elegant, with very fine whitish foam. Aroma is caramel, toffee, some nuts, maybe rhubarb. Body is fairly dense, with average carbonation. Taste is aggressively sweet, remaining even in the final, with a chewy feeling.

Tap at Beer&Food Attraction, in Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale, medium transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus, a little yeasty. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet, overall well balanced and with a fairly dry final.

16 September 2020. At Astral Beers Pub, Bologna. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear pale yellow, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of wheat, oats, white bread, banana, yellow apple, lemon, vague coriander. Taste has sweetish apple & banana, low estery, sour citrus accent over white bready & wheaty maltiness. Wheaty, bit spicy finish, soft grassy hops in balance with yellow fruit. Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation. Hard to excited over a Witbier but it's not bad.
