500ml bottle conditioned at home on 11th Dec 2015. Poured into a UK pint sleeve: might have given this a ’chill haze’ as it was in the fridge longer than I anticipated. Slight hazy pour to the light terracotta coloured body, on top a full, deep and lasting white pillow of foam. Hops rule the roost, fairly bitter too, the malts hidden away below the fruity/bitter hop presence. Another fine beer from this brewery, pity I almost ruined it by over chilling.
