Bruckberger Bier - Dunkel, jetzt mit stattlichen 5,7 %; Flasche von Getränke Appel, Moosburg. - Dunkles Kastanienbraun, klar. - In der Nase solides dunkles Malz mit leichten Röstnoten, Brotkruste und dezente torfig-hopfenwürzige Herbe. - Antrunk satt dunkelmalzig mit leichten Röstnoten (Brotkruste), wohltuend dezenter Bonbonsüße und ganz zarter Frucht (Heidelbeere?). Milde, wenig charaktervolle Hopfung. Vollmundig. Im Abgang nur milde Herbe, ganz zart holzig. - Solide dunkelmalziges, ansonsten unauffälliges Dunkles ohne bemerkenswerte Aromen. Es wurden auch nur Hopfenauszüge verwendet, was fast immer unbefriedigend wirkt. (25.5.2022.)

Sopherl Pils, das Pils der Brauerei Wimmer im 33-cl-Fläschchen von Getränke Appel, Moosburg. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase frische aber weiche zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe, runde Zitronenschale und ein Hauch von Landluft über weichem hellen Malz. - Im Antrunk aromatische zitrusfruchtig-grasige Hopfenherbe, eingebettet in sauberes helles Malz. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang knackige aber auch runde pilstypische Hopfenherbe. - Vom Malzkörper her eher ein Helles aber durch schöne, sehr natürliche Hopfung doch eindeutig ein (süddeutsches) Pils, das seinen besonderen Reiz durch eine leichte ländliche Note erhält. Bottle picked up from Appel Getränkemarkt, Moosburg and consumed Saturday 18th December 2021 on a Zoom chat with Scott and Mandy. We had Chicken Satay and Sweet and Sour Pork and Rice. Pours clear warm gold with a white head. The aroma is mostly malts with a light fruity edge. Malty and grainy in the mouth, a little toast, good depth of flavour, hops subtle, bitterness also but all in all this is pretty decent

Bottle picked up from Getränke-Center-Schwabing and consumed at home Monday 24th May 2021 listening to Maserati - Enter the Mirror. Pours dark brown with an off white head. Pours conker brown, its pretty clear and there is a white head. The nose is mostly malt led perhaps a touch of smokiness. Soft in the mouth, good maltiness in the mouth but other than that very forgettable. Ok

50cl bottle from the brewery shop. A clear pale golden beer with a white head. Aroma of straw, pale malt and grains. Taste of intense grainy malt, straw and spicy hops. Boring!

50cl bottle from the brewery. A hazy golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting off white head. Aroma of clove, wheat and some phenols. Taste of phenols, some clove, pale fruits, banana.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this 50cl bottle! The beer starts grainy but full-bodied. Easy to drink with a nice and refreshing body. Not too deep, round and refreshing. The body is a bit watery but still full. Not much sweetness there, the bitterness is round, mild and smooth in the aftertaste. Nice for the style!

Heller herber, leicht getreidig süßer Antrunk. Zunehmend würzig im Getreide, kaum bitter. Die Süße steigt ein wenig, helles Malz. Gelungen. 8/9/9/9/9/9
