Crystal clear golden coloured body with a very thin white head. Aroma of water and a touch of metal - nothing at all here. Light-bodied; Water water and more water in the flavour with the faintest hit of malt, metal and citrus - there really is nothing going on. Aftertaste shows ice - yes, ice crystals, probably because of the low ABV, but that is the only thing noteworthy - ice crystals as texture with absolutely no flavour. Overall, perhaps a good beer for the heat of Puerto Rico, but a plain and unexciting beer for sure. I sampled this small ten ounce can purchased from SuperMAX (de Diego) in San Juan, Puerto Rico on 11-October-2014 for US$1,00 sampled on 12-October-2014.

Little 10oz bottle pours a clear gold with a clump of white head. Nose has a ton of corn sugar, straw, mild honey. Flavor is cheap corn syrup, canned corn. Comes across as cheap.

Bottle shared by solidfunk at the DC Local Tasting. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of butterscotch, caramel, sweet syrup. Tastes of light caramel, butterscotch. Light body with a dry finish.

Honey and grapenuts aroma. Clear golden, headless. Dry, turning to light honey flavor. Watery. I like these kinds of foreign lagers.

With gratitude to SS, who swiped this one from her father in law’s fridge in the great country of Puerto Rico. The Puerto Ricans have voted in various referenda over the years, and have always voted to stay part of the United States, until RateBeer wiped away democracy on the island nation in one fell swoop. But I digress. Crystal clear golden yellow color, white coca cola head and champagne bubbles. Aroma of wet grass. Taste is indistinguishable from virtually every other commercial light lager I’ve tried, which is not necessarily a bad thing, especially since this one seems to be very fresh. Thirst quenching and inoffensive.

Golden in the glass. The beer starts smooth, slightly watery. The mainpart is very watery, slightly malty, slightly sweet. The aftertaste is very watery, slightly grainy, watery.
