Keg at the brewpub, 17/07/15. Clear pale golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is melon, straw, citric peel, light bread. Taste comprises grain, pale malt, cereals, melon, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent pils.

Keg at the brewpub, 17/07/15. Mahognay brown topped with a decent beige cap that retains well. Nose is malt forward, caramel, sweet notes, vanilla. Taste comprises caramel malt, toffee, light perfume, caramelised brown sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. A bitter sweet Schwarz, not a boring one, good balance.

Keg at the brewery tap, 17/07/15. Hazed yelloe orange with a decent off white cap that retains well. Nose is wheat, melon, light spice, clove, orange. Taste comprises lemon rind, bready notes, spice, clove, yeast esters, citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough hefe.

Bottle picked up at the brewpub and drank on the train to Rostock, 17/07/15. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bland, pale malt, bread, trace of diacetyl, faint citric, butter balls. Taste comprises light bread, grain, pale malt, butterscotch shortbread - not as bad as the nose, trace of soap. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Nicht Gut !

Growler 1000ml. w. swing top @ [ PBF X ] Petalax Beer Festival 2015 by oh6gdx, Petalax, Finland. [ As Wismarer Weizen ].ABV: 5.4%. Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, yeast, citrus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, citrus, yeast, wheat, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150724]

Bottled@PBF X. Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wheat, mild yeast as well as mild spiciness. Flavour is very similar in a good balance. Basic, and refreshing.
