Draught @ the brewpub. Pours clear golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with subtle notes of paper. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sweetish, estery notes and subtle touches of malt. Good, dry and dusty finish, with yeast in the final notes. A decent Pilsener.

1l-bottle, looks really good. Beer in the glass not very zippy, creamy head. Starts mild, dry-malty, grasy-hoppy notes, a bit sourish. Hoppy notes are quite unbalanced, so the beer is not very drinkable. Finish still unbalanced. Nothing special.

1l-bottle, looks really good. Beer in the glass deep black, nice head. Starts intense malty, modest dry, fine smokey notes, hints of bacon. Strong-malty finish, dry background, salty hints. A great schwarzbier!

Draught, 5.3% at the brewpub. The aroma seems spicy, even smoked. Cloudy yellow colour. OK white head. The flavour is nicely citric, a good lemon note. Rather high bitterness, but OK. More refreshing than the banana/clove type of wheat beer.
