13oz hazy & mostly still, gold goblet at the source. Smell reminds me of cucumber & strawberry. Melon rind, cucumber rind, something that reminds me of again, cooked strawberry. Salty enough, softly sweet & not all that sour. Little bit of vinegar. Slight fake-ness to it. I could be wrong. Low carb, low abv, slippery.

End of the session. IPAs cut to the chase. Hop To Be Square was acquired in FW over Thanksgiving, glad to have a taste. A NB tulip put to work, hazy, yes hazy yellow with a large, very white head. Inspiring nose, all grassy and piney and tropical. The taste is equal, definitely a lot of cedar, some citrus, more tropical inclination and a rewarding bitterness. Not exactly a fan of the style but this is decent.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine - The Rim, San Antonio, TX. Pours a clear very pale yellow color with a fizzy white head and fair retention. No lacing. Pours like a soda. Faint beer aroma. As expected, tastes like a beer seltzer. Not much beer flavor here. Very crisp mouthfeel. Over carbonated. Light and watery body. No off flavors, but not beery enough.

12 oz. can purchased at Total Wine - The Rim, San Antonio, TX. Pours a pitch black color with a thick beige head and excellent retention. Fair lacing. Aroma of dark coffee grounds. Tastes like dark coffee grounds too, with a little stout flavor in the finish. Thick, heavy mouthfeel and body. Long finish. Too much coffee flavor for my liking. Both the 8.9% ABV and the 70 IBU are well hidden.
