Description
Brewing forward thinking modern beers in keg, cask, can and bottle.
We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co St Mary Axe, London, 23 Nov 2018) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of peaches, mixed fruit and pears. Malty, fruity taste with peaches, pears, bread, soft malt, grass and a mild floral bitterness. Light body, with a slight sweetness. Mild and gentle, but fairly tasty. Quite enjoyable.

Keg at Beer Dock, Nantwich, 23/03/19. Hazed light golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange squash, melon, grassy, toasted malts. Taste comprises ripe melon, tangerine, grass, toasted grains, airy malts, citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine crispness. Light malts, light creamy sweetness. The Citra, Centennial and Cascade hops provide good citric orange and tangerine but the added lemon provides zesty pip and lemon peel bittermess. Touch of lemon sherbet. Homemade lemonade. Yeah, works well. I'm sure some Lemondrop hops would not have gone amiss here.
