Tap at sebar. Golden color creamy white head. Malty aroma with strong bittering hops, glucose/sugar. Oily texture, smooth sticky finish. Not bad but not much interestiong, seems like a strong lager, mmh.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 3. A clear golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, biscuit. Taste of mild fruity hops reddish malt, biscuit.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. A clear yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty malts, grassy, hedgerow. Little eggy. Flavour is composed of light grains, grassy, hedgerow, dirty hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation. Not a huge fan.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017 . as 6x Brewers strength. A clear. Amber copper coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is grassy weed, nutty malts. Flavour is is composed of semi sweet nutty malts, grassy hop, weed,. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Cask handpull at GBBF 2017. Clear amber brown colour lasting beige head. Wadworth yeast house aroma. Sweetish malt aroma too. Some nuttiness. Soft carbonation but good Cask condition. Malty yeasty strong ale. Typically English. Couldn’t be brewed anywhere else. Nutty. Decent. Good English strong. Hoppy.

Tap at Bar a Popol. Clear golden with white head. Sweet bready malts, light peach, grass, apple juice, candied apricot. Medium sweet and light bitter. Light bodied. Not an IPA but not bad.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced via Ocado. Pours clear orangeish gold with a lasting, frothy white head. The nose holds lightly toasted grains, citrus fruits, a little jam, bread. Light sweet flavour with mild leafy hops, a little dried grass, more subtly toasted grains and bread, citrus. Light bodied with average carboantion. Decently well balanced on the finish, with bread crust, husky grains, orange, some rindy and grassy bitterness. Good and drinkable beer.
