Description
We think life’s too short not to enjoy what you do, so we decided to brew. First and foremost we brew beer for you to enjoy. But we also think the art and science of brewing is fascinating so we’re going to share that with you.
We’re interested in creating good chemistry in its broadest sense – not just in the quality of the beer we brew, but using that to allow us to celebrate community and relationships across science, the arts, music, food, and social experiences, as well as beer & brewing. We might be biased, but we think Bristol is one of the best cities in the UK, and we’ll shout about that as much as we can.
The brewery was started by Bob and Kelly in 2015, finding a home for the 10 barrel kit in St Philips in East Bristol.

440ml can. Pours a slightly hazy deep orange / ruby red, off-white head. Aroma of cherries, malts, a bit chemically/artificial. Taste is similar, definite cherries, not so much peach, malts, does taste a bit like a bitter with added fruits, a bit too chemical or medicinal like for me. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Didn't bother finishing this one.

Can shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours unclear copper with a foamy topping. Not bad, some ripening citrus, orange and melon, light pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with nips of pepper, more ripe citrus. So so.

Keg at MK VHX, 05/10/18. Pale yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is burnt straw, lemon rind, grains, light herb. Taste comprises raw pineapple, grass, crackers, grains, lemon drizzle. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light sour edge. So so ... rather lacklustre.
