Cask @ The Fox, Shipley. Glowing copper colour with a small creamy head. It’s a malty bitter with a fair sweetness running throughout its character that’s more dominant than its small bitterness.

Bottle from Nissa, Hebden Bridge. Deep amber with a thin head. Strong tasting but there’s enough tropical fruits available to give it a flavour. Its nose is all tropical fruit. Has a long bitter finish.

Cask @ Fox & Goose, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a thin creamy head. Has a hoppy, but raw ingredient in this respect aroma and taste. Quite palatable although not necessarily anything Christmassy about it.
