BIAB at the Arch and Abbey, Whitby. Pours still yellow gold with no head. Aromas of Apple juice and little else. Taste is tangy green apple. Light sweet finish.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of sweet apple. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, citric hint, drying, mellow. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB: Poured a pinkish orange red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, apple, custard, rhubarb. Taste is sweet custard, rhubarb, apples break it up a bit.

29/4/2022. On the Harwich Ale Trail. From BIAB at the Globe, Harwich. Pours slightly hazy deep red brown with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, apple, summer fruits, strawberry. Heavy sweetness, light tart edge. Moderate body, slightly watery, low carbonation. Sweet finish. Okay but too sweet for my liking.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Red colour, big foamy pink head and aroma of berry fruits, jammy. Taste is sweet, berries, strawberry, raspberry & blackberry notes, jammy, with some tart acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet berry fruity finish with a tart edge. OK, quite sweet.

11/2/2022. From BIAB at the 12th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet pear, lightlt floral, woody notes. Medium sweetness, nice tangy tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Quite nicely done.
