Bladder bag at the Prince Of Wales BF, Farnborough, 16/10/21. Clear golden with a touch of white spotting/bubbles. Nose is mellow apple, grass, straw, light herb, earthy notes. Taste comprises straw, apple skins, orchard wood dusting, tannins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Decent enough middle of the road cider.

BIAB: Poured a clear golden with no head to bubbles. Aroma is pears, tannins. Taste is very pear, little tangy.

BIAB: Poured a ruby red with bubble somewhat pink white head. Aroma is loaded with berry fruits, light apples. Taste is berry, blackcurrant, really fruity, light apples but afterthought.

7/10/2020. From BIAB at the Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Pours clear pale red with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of red apple, light citrus, berries and sweet caramel. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Nice tart fruity finish. Liked it.

Cask at the Duke William, Stourbridge. Pours pinky orange with no carbonation. Aroma has cherries and apple. Taste is sweet with cherries and apple, slightly rustic.

Box @ Tap and Can. Reddish gold, clear. Nice prominent raspberry aroma. Taste presents a good natural raspberry character, a little thin bodied perhaps, and not as sweet as other Farmer Jims fruit ciders. Good drinkability. One of the better fruit ciders.

BIAB at Spilt Chimp, Newcastle. Slightly hazy golden colour with pinkish tinge, no head and aroma of rhubarb, vanilla, caramel, apple. Taste is sweet, fruity apple with rhubarb, vanilla, caramel toffee, and alittle tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, rhubarby finish. Quite drinkable.
