PET-Bottle, thanks Nightfall! Cloudy golden, beautiful rich, firm, creamy head. Buttery malt aroma. Dryish, firm and soft. Buttery malt with spritzy carbonation and grassy hop bitterness. Fresh, tasty and very drinkable. I love it, but it will probably be too buttery for others. To me this is a superb uncomplicated hot weather beer! Well made quality lagers are so overlooked these days by most people.

Bottle 50cl.[ Trade by Nightfall ]. Clear dark red brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige - grey head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, toffee, coffee notes, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, smoke and coffee notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091002]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear dark amber with a beige lacing head. Odd aroma of dark malts, but strangely unclean. Medium body, roasted malt, a little ashy with a whiff of smoke. Dry and malty bitter finish. 021009

Blue Bottle @ RBESG 09 Grand Tasting @ [ The Harlequin, Sheffield, England. ]Bottle looks good ;O) Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, corn, sweet malt, sugar, vegatable, cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. RBESG Sheffield 2009 Grand Tasting at the Harlequin. As Zeos Blue Mak. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of straw, pale malts, light sweet. Flavour is light sweet, malty, bit of corn, light hopbitter finish. Light bodied.

I was looking for this for quite sometime and finally found it on Beer Factory. usually it’s only served on tap at the brewery, but you can find it in PET (!) 1lt bottles with 40 days expiration date. Much more intense and hoppy than any other greek pilsner. Nice.

Bottle from Nightfall, thanks! Pale golden color. Grainy flavor with a touch of flowery hops. No specific aromas. A soft grassy bitterness in the short aftertaste. Simple, straightforward but drinkable pilsener.

Bottle from Nightfall, thanks! Deep dark brown color. Apple, pear and caramel in the aroma. Grainy sweet flavor, with apple, caramel and a hint of licorice. Sugary. Thin to medium bodied. Not very good.
