Golden-amber. Thin head. The aroma has a nice caramel accent. Toasty, with a sort of nutty, earthy background. Not especially smooth, but it has some nice malt flavours.

Shockingly bright amber. Thin layer of pond scum foam. The aroma is earthy hops and toasty, lightly caramelly malts - simple but balanced. Earthy IPA, maybe even a bit minerally with woody notes. A good, balanced example, if slightly underhopped (has more of an EPA character).
