A deep dark stout with no head. Faint chocolate aroma. In mouth, a rather light stout wit a bit of grainyness, medium bodied. Cask version also tasted, with a stonger chocomalt aroma, the chocolate was more intense in mouth, harsher, almost cloying, crisp and puckering. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.

A golden amber IPA with a thin white head. A nice caramel malt with light floral hops. In mouth, a nice oily malt with floral c-hops, a bit of bile bitterness. A nice honest IPA. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, August 16 2009.

Tap: A reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. A nutty and buttery malt aroma, with light British hops. In mouth, a good nutty malt with a good dose of floral hops, mineral notes, medium bodied. Cask version also offered, much smoother in beginning, but developping harshness. Sampled at the brewhouse. Transparent ruby red with a slight white head. Fizzy. Strong raspberry aroma. Slightly sour but otherwise all raspberry in the flavor. One dimensional.
