On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Nose is apricot jam, orange marmalade, peach. Earthy bitter flavours. Malty bitter finish. This would definitely work better on cask.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 6th January 2026. Thickly hazy brownish copper with dense and lasting yellowy white foam and full lacing. Malty aroma. Bitter, sweet and malty at the same time in-mouth, and a finish of hard malts and hints of cherry fruits. Very smooth mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.

3rd December 2025
Cask at Pigs Ear. Opaque dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, a very light viscosity, good fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, a tiny bit of chocolate and a lot of whiskey induced fruits, actually fairly tropical. Trace of peaty whiskey, a mild alcohol spice. Airy and semi dry finish. Comes together pretty well.

Gravity Cask at day 2 of the 41st Pigs Ear Beer Festival, 03/12/2025.
Murky marmalade orange looker topped with an off white cap that veers to the edge ... not very WC looking!
Nose is orange peel, sweet edged, mandarin.
Taste comprises pineapple chunks, soft malts, sweet fruit syrup notes, orange peel.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow juicy hop bitterness.
A touch sweet and flabby, not very WC like and not up to the usual output of this brewery.
