Description

The brewery was founded by Brendan Moore in January 1995 based at Foulden Road, Ickburgh, Thetford. A 17BBL plant was used. The brew plant was reduced in size in 2015. It moved to Elveden Courtyard in 2018.

Then the brewery disappeared from 2019 until 2021, confirmed to be brewing again as a pop-up project.

Ask Arcturus tiny tavern Lincoln. Light golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light sweet and citrus. Crisp light body.

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is caramel, mild biscuits, some toffee and mildly herbal notes. Flavour is toffee, some caramel, mild floral and zesty notes with some wooden bitterness to it.

Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is zest, some wood, mild spruce as well as some grains and mild floral notes. Flavour is sulphur, fruity, floral, zesty and some slight herbal and mild biscuity and grainy malts to it.
