Description
John Batcheldor (1937-2018) planted his first orchard in his garden in 1985, selecting only cider apples. He later extended into the lower field, grafting selected varieties to suit his unique west country style dry cider using an ancient Sussex single-screw press.
In 2015 the new cider barn was built. Friends Russell & David continue to produce his cider today.
