Very quaffable pils, light and airy with an underlying sweetness offsetting the dry, floral haystack hoppiness. Pours a bright yellow gold, offering up a fluffy if fleeting head and modest lacing. Nose leans floral, hay and pine on the underside. Taste starts dry, pilsner malt meeting a minor yeasty note, then develops a noticeable sweet vein underneath the usual grassy, floral Euro-hop pungency. Stays light, and finishes semidry with a moderate bitterness.

Okay IPA, mostly bitter with a weak malt bill offering little to compensate for the pinecone hoppiness. Subtle grain and toast gets overpowered fairly quickly by the hops, but it all seems one-note, not much citrus or herbal pungency to pad the IBUs. Bitter fade. Eh.

Massive hop assault of an IPA, unrelenting in its fruity-pinecone assertiveness and boozy as all get out. Pours absolutely beautiful, gold-orange with a massive frothy head and ample lace. Nose is pine and grapefruit with a ganja back. Tastes delicious, a giant slap of orange and grapefruit with a piney, resinous bitterness on top of an orange marmalade and caramel base. Feel’s a bit too boozy, but the hop bitterness offsets this heat. Lovely monster DIPA.

Can. Slightly cloudy gold with a tall, white head. Aroma of fresh citrus and juicy malt. The flavor is lightly, yet firmly bitter with lots a juicy sweet fruitiness in support. Tasty.

Some pine, a little citrus. Pours hazy golden without much head or lacing. Not much here like across the Mississippi from Memphis on the Arkansas side. Tap at Broadway brewery on Nashville.

Tons of coffee here like the night before a final exam. Black pour with decent head. Some roast, caramel. Bittersweet finish. Tap at Flying Saucer in Nashville.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a snifter. Hazy light orange with medium off-white head. Aroma is nice grapefruit, medium body, medium caebonation, and pretty good lacing.
