From 500ml bottle at Old Chapel Cidery, Etal Estate. Hazed golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, musty, with some light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of fruit, apple, wood, funk, vanilla. Taste is appley, woody, some sweetness, funky & wood barrel hints, with light acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour with pinkish tinge, some bubbles on top and aroma of baked apple, core, skin, funky hint. Taste is sweet, appley, slightly tart, with alittle biscuity funk, and mellow acidity. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying finish. Quite OK.

Taste is tangy, tart, appley, with meaty funk, leather, acetic notes, and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
