330ml bottle from Bottle Shop at Beverly Hills, Sydney. Clear very pale yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white head and aroma of lychee fruit, floral, zesty citric. Taste is sweet, fruity, lychee, tropical notes with citric acidity. Medium bodied, high xarbonation, sweet & drying fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at Hotel Sweeney's, Sydney. Gluten Reduced. Red amber colour, off-white thin foam head leaving lacing and aroma of malt, caramel, marmalade. Taste is sweetish, malty, fudge, caramel, fruity, orangey marmalade with tangy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying earthy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Sydney Cidery, Sydney. Golden colour, short-lived bubbly head and aroma of juicy apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, baked apple, ripe fruits, caramel, sultanas, with some acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet & drying finish. Nicely drinkable.

Draught from Sydney Cider Bar, Sydney. Sparkling, slightly hazed yellow gold coloyr, thin white head and aroma of apple, lemony citric. Taste is sweet & tart, appley, lemony, citrus, with some acidity. Medium bodied, high carbobation, drying sweetish citric finish. Refreshing, quite drinkable.
