330ml bottle from Thirstville, Sydney. Hazed orangey gold colour, white foamy head thst dissipates away and aroma of apple, juicy, caramel, funk hint. Taste is sweet, ripe appley, some skin & core, with caramel and balanced acidity & drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet drying tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet & tart, passionfruit, peary, fleshy, zingy, citrus, with candied sweets, and some acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying zesty & peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, perry peary, with woody, caramel & funk hints, some citric acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium sweet peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
