330ml bottle from Oak Barrel, Sydney. Hazy orange amber gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, stone fruits, caramel. Taste is sweet, baked appley, ripe fruity, burnt caramel note, funky hint, with some drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium sweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Goblin Wines, Marrickville. Hazed orange gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of ripe apple, orchard floor, woody funk. Taste is sourish, appley, stone fruity, fleshy, with some tangy funky notes, drying acidity and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry soured tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Nicely drinkable.
