750ml bottle for #rgpm. Opened with a pop. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of perry pear, orchardy, funk, flowery, citric notes. Taste is tangy, tart, perry peary, fleshy, funky hint, lime leaf, zesty citric, with some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

200ml bottle from HOTM. Pale golden colour, no lasting head and aroma of honey, heather, herb. Taste is sweet, honey, straw, flowery, heathery, with some herbal notes and warming alcohol. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet warm boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Little Pomona. Hazed yellowy gold colour, white foam head and aroma of quince, apple flesh, yuzu. Taste is tart, sour, quince, tropical, zesty lemon citrus, yuzu, with zingy acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry sour citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweet, peachy, jelly crystals, fruity ripe apples, with some dry acidity and alittle bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, sweet & drying finish. Quite drinkable.
