330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Batch 116. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is apple, fleshy, fruity, with oak barrel notes, alittle tartness and some drying tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry oaky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, clove, ginger, citric. Taste is sweet, appley with spices, ginger, alittle biscuit, chilli heat, some citrusy tartness and a hint of maple syrup. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying spiced warming finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Banda Cider. Slightly hazed orange golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, wood, herby funk. Taste is sweet, tangy, tart, appley, stone fruity, with some leathery funk, drying acidity and light tannin. Medium bodied, low soft carbonation, dry funky acidic & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
