330ml bottle from Cider Infusion. Hazy orange golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, baked appley, with caramel, fudge, stone fruit notes and some drying soft tannins. Medium bodied, medium to high carbonation, drying tangy mellow tannic finish with lingering caramel. Nicely drinkable.

750ml wired cork bottle from Willie Smiths. Opened with a pop. Orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, wood, funk, earthy. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, pulpy, some caramel, with wood, funk, spice hints and bittersharp tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tart tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from ICONSIAM, Bangkok. Bright golden colour, bubbly white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, berries, vanilla. Taste is sweet, summer fruits, berry, appley, biscuity, with custard, vanilla notes and alittle tartness. Medium bodied, high carbonation, sweet fruity finish. Quite OK.

330ml bottle as Moose Craft Cider Original from store in ICONSIAM, Bangkok. Bright golden colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweet, appley, juicy fruity, with some core & skin, syrupy hint, and light tangy tartness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable
