Pours a dark reddish brown with a small off white head of foam. Excellent lacing and retention.
Smell is smokey, burnt malt, char, a pleasure to whiff on if you're a fan of the style.
Taste is smokey, char, burnt malt, some bitter notes, pleasing during the entire session. I dig Perle hops.

Taste is hoppy with light spiciness to it, corn, more grain. Taste is better than the smell.

Pours a clear pale gold, about an inch of foam, retention and lacing are good.
Smell is noble hop like aromas, bread, light grain, light spiciness.
Taste is noble hop like bitterness, light bread, little bit of a spicy kick. Well done imho.
Good crisp mouthfeel, I would drink this again.
