Sampled by the brewer at Orange and Brew.
Very similar to the Pallaspreviously reviewed. Cocoa nibs and some Maple come through, along with roasted coconut. A little thinner, but all of those adjuncts come through.

Solid black with a thin purple now at the edge. No fizz.
Nose is of a dozen different bourbons all poured together.
Taste is amazingly thick, like NyQuil. Thicker than any bourbon, yet not sweet, but still a constant bourbon love. No adjuncts, just a hint of coffee roast malt, maybe some vanillin. Beauty!
All I can add is that I wish straight Bourbon was this complex and delicious, instead of a palate burner.

Dark rose color, kind of like pureed baby food, with a bubbly head, leaving fruit pulp behind. Banana smell hits first, then the berry nose. Taste is fully fruity. Not great, but just nice. I usually like their fruity Bistro Smoothies a lot more, but the banana kind of throws it off.

Moorvolution from Revolution Brewing Company

An appropriate glass, since Moor's Brewing won this year's Brewing the American Dream dream with Sam Adams. The pour is a very slightly hazy gold color, with a white puffy head that settles down quickly, leaving a little lace around the edge. The nose does have some of that slightly peppery hop note, that I think I can recognize as a Polish hop. Light pilsner taste, with those property hops kind of taking the place of bitterness. Some perfumey or flowery taste, that can sometimes come from a fresh pilsner. Besides grilling today, I've also been mowing the lawn, so this is a fine lawn mower beer to finish up with. With just enough difference to make it interesting.
