Bottle: Poured a red color cider with good carbonation. Nice mix of dry apple notes with some grapes and funky ester notes. Aroma of funky ester with some grape notes and dry apple notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable cider/natural wine mix.

Aroma of fresh blueberry notes with light tart notes and some sweet notes from the ice cream. Taste is also a mix of berries and light tart notes with a slightly sweet finish from the ice cream. Body is full with good carbonation. Not my favorite type of beer but this one is quite good.

Aroma of chocolate notes with some deep toasted coconut notes and some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some nice toasted coconut notes with just the right amount of residual sugar notes. Body is full with an oily texture and good carbonation with no discernible alcohol notes. Solid pastry stout with great flavours and great balance/drinkability.
