Sample at the taproom as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/18/2025, during the 10th Anniversary celebration. Clear dark golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lace. Grassy hops, citrus and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grassy hop, grapefruit and roast malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short citrusy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, whiskey and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky whiskey, grainy malt, vinous fruit and caramel. The finish is oaky with a port wine and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/18/2025, during the 10th Anniversary celebration. Brown-black pour with a medium beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, oak and chocolate. Medium body with a charred oak and malt character, and notes of bittersweet chocolate and coffee. The finish is roasty with a burnt malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Stringy lacing on the glass. Hops, candied fruit and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of grassy hops, sweet citrus, raspberry and malt. The finish is mild hops and candied citrus. Above average overall.
