Sample at the Blarney Wine tasting on 03/16/2013. The beer pours a dark brown color with a medium thick light tan head that diminishes steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of bourbon, oak and vanilla. Full-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, oaky bourbon and coconut. Some hops in the background. The finish is sweet with a malt and bourbon aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

This beer pours a slightly cloudy peach-orange color with a medium frothy eggshell white head that diminishes steadily to a dense film. Sticky strings of lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, tropical fruit and malt. Medium body with flavors of dank hops, tropical and citrus fruits, and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Good beer all around.

On draught at the taproom as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/18/2025, during the 10th Anniversary celebration. Clear pale golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of malt, fruit and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of bready malt, fruit and mild earthy hops. The finish is clean and fruity with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Small patches of lace. Roasted malt and chocolate aroma. Light-bodied with a roasty malt and coffee character, with some sweet cocoa in the background. The finish is roasty with a short chocolate malt aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
