Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Dark copper-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse patches of lace. Aroma of bourbon, malt, cognac and caramel. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, cognac, caramel malt, ripe fruits and a touch of earthy hop. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Enjoyable beer overall.
