Aroma of bourbon, maple, vanilla and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, vanilla, maple, chocolate and earthy mushroom. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and vanilla aftertaste. Enjoyable beer overall.

Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, chocolate malt and vanilla. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and chocolate fudge aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Clear golden color with a thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of yeast, truffles and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of fruity Belgian yeast, earthy truffles and biscuit malt. The finish is earthy and fruity with a truffle and yeast aftertaste. Interesting beer and pretty good all around.

Aroma of oak, dark fruit and yeast. Medium body with flavors of oak, funky plums, herbal yeast and doughy malt. The finish is oaky and fruity with a plum and yeast aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Aroma of vinous fruit, yeast and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of oaky wine, Belgian yeast, caramel malt and funky fruit. The finish is oaky and funky with a wine grape and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
