After 14 years on Ratebeer it's time for a change of scene! I enjoy all styles of beers, accept for the crappy industrial lager stuff. Not especially keen on the race for 70,000 ticks. More interested in discovering new flavours and experiences. Cheers, Brian

75 cl bottle from To Øl pop-up shop. Bottled in October 2022. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, plums, a herbal honey driven sweetness, dry wooden notes, bretts, and an earthy touch. Medium body, lively carbonation. Tart fruity finish with lingering plum skin and lemons. Slightly over aged, yet complex and excellently crafted.

50 cl bottle picked up at a Netto discounter poured in to a dimpled mug. Clear golden colour with a few white bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with pale malts, bread, slightly grassy, with an earthy touch. The taste is light sweet. Medium body. Slightly drying fruity finish with lingering pale malts and earthy notes. Fair helles, could have just a touch more bitterness and texture.

Medium body. Drying, tart fruity finish. Neat drinker, the Saison adds freshness to the nail polish juice.

50 cl can brewed by Carlsberg Denmark, label says 4.6 % abv. Picked up at a Netto discounter. A true New Yorker...Poured in to a tulip glass. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, green berries, and grasses. The taste is bitter. Medium body. Drying fruity bitter finish. To the safe side, good value for money.
