After 14 years on Ratebeer it's time for a change of scene! I enjoy all styles of beers, accept for the crappy industrial lager stuff. Not especially keen on the race for 70,000 ticks. More interested in discovering new flavours and experiences. Cheers, Brian

75 cl bottle. Bottled in July 2022. Hazy golden orange colour with a dense white head. Fruity aroma with lemons, acidic accents, dry, wooden notes. Green apples and yeasts. The taste is sour. Medium body, a lively carbonation. Tart fruity finish. More lambiek than others in this blend. Nice.

75 cl bottle. Brewed in 2022. Hazy golden colour with a dense white head. Tart fruity aroma with citrus fruits, bretts, a herbal sweetness from the honey, and a spiced note. The taste is light sour. Medium body, a good carbonation suggesting that this beer has aged well. Tart fruity finish with lingering citrus accents. Nice Saison-sour hybrid.

75 cl bottle. Bottled May 2022. Unclear golden colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with citrus, apricot, dry wooden notes, some vinegar, green apples, and a hint of brown sugar. The taste is sour. Medium body. Tart fruity finish. With very little residual sugar left, this one is definitely on its last legs. Still good, trough.

33 cl can poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, grains, and pale malts. The taste is light sweet. Medium body, lively carbonation. Slightly drying finish. Decent enough macro swill. Good for a hot summers day.

Visited twice in August 2025. Nice setting in central Skagen with a nice patio. Live music during the summer high season. Tickers have the opportunity to get a flight. Selection is their own beers and spirits. Food is overpriced and really average. Given the mediocre beers and expensive food I see no need to return.
