After 14 years on Ratebeer it's time for a change of scene! I enjoy all styles of beers, accept for the crappy industrial lager stuff. Not especially keen on the race for 70,000 ticks. More interested in discovering new flavours and experiences. Cheers, Brian

50 cl bottle from a Netto discounter poured into a snifter glass. Slightly hazy copper colour with a thin off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, bread, fruits, slight spice, and floral hoppy notes. The taste is sweet. Medium to full body. Drying finish with lingering malts. Nice.

A 50 cl can picked up at a Meny supermarket poured into a tulip glass. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus accents, tropical impressions, pear, stone fruits, and grasses. The taste is bitter. Medium body, good for the abv. Drying fruity finish. Nice one, especially considering the price tag- just 10 DKK.

44 cl can from a Netto discounter poured in to a Trappist glass. First Christmas themed beer of this year! Slightly hazy amber colour with a thin off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, rye bread, grasses, toasted bread, ripe fruits and a herbal hoppy note. The taste is light sweet. Medium body. Drying finish. Fair, some cardboard notes lurking in the far finish.

66 cl bottle picked up at a Netto discounter poured in to a dimpled mug. Dark mahogany colour with a dense, lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, rye bread, toasted bread, and red berries. The taste is light sweet. Medium body. Slightly drying finish with lingering toasted bread and caramel malts. Fine for a cheaper supermarket beer.
